What is the cancellation policy for rentals?

Cancellations are allowed until 3 days prior to rental with no charge.

How can I change or cancel a reservation?

Your confirmation email contains a link to your online receipt where you can make changes in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Can you deliver or pick up at any other locations?

Our bikes are only offered for rental to the guests of our partner hotels and can only be delivered and picked up from the hotel.

Are helmets included with the bike rental?

Yes, all bikes come standard with a one size fits most Giro Register Helmet. If you require a XXLarge or XSmall please contact us for availability.

Are locks included with the rental?

Yes, however, it is important to remember that you are responsible for the full replacement cost of the bike if it is stolen. The lock is only intended for short term use in visible areas when stopping during your rides. When not in use bikes should be stored in a secure area designated by the lodging.

What should I do if I have a problem with my rental bike?

All of our bikes are in great shape and fully tuned prior to every rental. In the unlikely case you experience a problem that prevents you from riding the bike you should return it to your lodging and email us at: Info@saratogabikerentals.com or contact us using the form below. Most AAA members are eligible for free emergency roadside assistance that will transport you and the bike back to your hotel if needed. Contact your local AAA office for more information.
